Vacation at the lake
In general, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies for reservations. In the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) and at Christmas and New Year's Eve, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies for reservations. Please let us know the type of vehicle and the size (length, width) when you make your reservation request.

We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance:
We recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits), which you can easily take out here. Also applies to campsite bookings despite the name!
NEW: Despite pandemic status, Europäische Reiseversicherung has provided insurance cover for Covid-19 illness since 29.5.2020! Details of this concession can be found here.
You can pay your bill with cash, EC card (Maestro), Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation policy:
30 days before arrival - free of charge
29th to 14th day before arrival - 40% of the price
13th to 7th day before arrival 70% of the price
6th to day of arrival
Non-utilization of the reservation 90% of the price.
If for any reason you depart earlier than booked or arrive later than booked, the unused amount will be charged.
