Winter holiday at the lake

Camping at lake Heiterwang

What makes winter at Lake Heiterwang See so special? It's the snow that covers the mountains like icing sugar. It's the lake, which is covered in a thick layer of ice, and it's the sun, which shines out from behind the mountain peaks even in winter and makes us smile. This atmospheric and quiet time is perfect for exercise and relaxation. Winter hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing in the nearby Zugspitzarena, snowshoeing... Winter in Tyrol is so beautiful!
